Hi, I'm the baker behind Wuthering Bites

I started Wuthering Bites because I genuinely love baking and wanted to build something of my own on campus. As a student, I realized how hard it is to find fresh, small-batch desserts that feel thoughtful instead of mass-produced.

Baking has always been a way for me to bring people together, and I wanted to create that same feeling in the dorms. Wuthering Bites is my way of turning something I care about into a small, beautiful ritual other students can look forward to each week.

Why limited drops?

Everything is baked within 24 hours of pickup. No day-old cookies, no freezer inventory. Just peak freshness.

Small batches mean I can hand-finish every item. Each cookie gets the attention it deserves.

From preorder to pickup

Sunday, 7 PM — Drop Goes Live

The weekly menu is revealed and preorders open. Drop list members get notified first.

Orders Close When Sold Out

Each item has limited quantities. Once they're claimed, they're gone for the week.

Tuesday — Bake Day

Everything is baked fresh using premium ingredients. No shortcuts, no compromises.

Thursday, 5–7 PM — Pickup

Grab your order from Union on 24th lobby. Just bring your confirmation email.

Certified Kitchen

All baking is done in a certified, inspected kitchen space that meets local health codes.

Food Handler Certified

I hold a valid food handler's certificate and follow all required safety protocols.

Allergen Transparency

All known allergens are listed for every item. Cross-contamination risks are clearly noted.

Fresh Ingredients

I use high-quality, fresh ingredients sourced from trusted local suppliers whenever possible.

Temperature Controlled

Proper cold chain and storage protocols are followed from preparation through pickup.

Cottage Food Compliant

Operations comply with state cottage food regulations and university vendor guidelines.
